You can create UN-limited dunning letters or any letter you have in mind. It was developed as web based word processor. For the development we used Alpha Five as the software development and the CKEditor Editor which is written in Java Script as the word processor. The back end is MS SQL database.

Every letter is created as a template and it could be re-used whenever it is needed. With a click of button you copy the template and create a new one.

It is done using a merge function in your document. It takes the information from your database and merges that into the place holder of your document template.
