Covered is a guide on how I made a new wide flange custom bike hub. It includes detailed instructions on the machining process.
Sorry I am unable to make hubs for other people.
This was part of a recumbent trike project that's an off-road 3-wheel drive monster.
Warning: at one point the hub is polished on the machine, this is a risky move and I took a few steps to ensure my safety. It is not suggest for people to try this.
