Rah Rah is a Go-Go icon who made his name as the lead talker for Northeast Groovers in the 1990s, delivering some of the most memorable performances in Go-Go history. Now as the owner and lead talker of What Band, he continues to bring authentic DMV Go-Go sound and explosive stage presence to venues across the region!

Known by his stage names Rah Rah and Rappa Dude, Chris Black is one of the greatest lead talkers in Go-Go history. He rose to fame as the frontman of Northeast Groovers during the 1990s, becoming synonymous with the vibrant Go-Go music culture in the DMV. His unique vocal style, crowd control, and high-energy performances have made him a legend in the Go-Go scene!
