He works so hard in the heat, but remains cheerful and optimistic - he is content with life, and happy to have the chance to give something back to the community that he was born in.
His low cost, tasty Thai food has made him something of a local celebrity in Bangkok - and people flock from all over the city to visit him, and try out a selection of his yummy dishes.
