Stacey Abrams, former Democratic Party leader in the Georgia House of Representatives, says autocracy is on the rise in the U.S., with key indicators including the curtailing of the press, mass firings of civil servants and the use of the military against American citizens. This weekend, President Trump threatened to deploy troops to Chicago in the days ahead, following weeks of National Guard patrolling of Washington, D.C. Abrams joins the show to lay out what she says is happening right now in America, and what might be done to stop it.
