This 25min yoga practice will support recovery from sciatica through strengthening and gently releasing the glutes & hamstrings. Yoga can be a wonderful adjunct alongside other therapeutic modalities such as physiotherapy & osteopathy to relieve sciatica, however please be mindful of working through any sharp pain & seek professional advice for persisting symptoms.
