This is a compilation of all drawing outside videos I've filmed during the last few summers. The video includes different art supply sounds from pencils to charcoal, colored pencils and pastels, and of course has birds singing in the background. What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. ASMR is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos.

If you have problems falling asleep, watching ASMR videos might help you fall asleep. Or if you feel stressed, they could help you relax. For some people ASMR is triggered by ambient sounds and watching people work quietly.
