Re-maiden flight of my trusty old Freewing F-14 Tomcat EDF jet. I upgraded the power from the 9 blade A-10 outrunner system to the new 12 blade EDFs with the 3658-1857kV Inrunner Motors available at Motion RC. These are the fan/motor assemblies that come with the new high performance 80mm edf jets at Motion RC. Much more vertical and top end speed. I would highly recommend!! I got 4 minutes of flight time using 2 6S HRB 5000 packs and came down at 38% in each pack. I am using the twin centerburner system by RC Geek for the afterburner effect. Sorry in advance for the poor camera work, but we had the image stabilization on by mistake. We also missed my landing completely so I inserted some stock footage from a prior flight.
