This new multi-part series (Introduction) will cover the full (exterior/interior) build of a 30's style Diner for the model railroad - 'River Road' in HO 1/87 Scale. Much of the Commentary & Inspiration comes from my favorite modern painter - Edward Hopper. The scene will encompass several scratch-built character buildings (in support) as a freelance representation of early twentieth century architecture in a modern pop-culture setting, which skirts the SRY Rail Link short line railroad.
