As you can see here in my video, I don’t use coconut milk or general lemongrass paste. I’m from Battambang we only use simple ingredients. To make a paste I only use the green part lemongrass, lemongrass leaf,rhizomes root,garlic and tumeric. If you like coconut milk you can put it with the water. If you put after the soup will turn white.
