"This guided meditation focuses on narrowing in on the experience of the present moment and separating this from the way the mind tends to construct a sense of time based on past and future. Firstly you will settle the body and mind by observing sounds, the body, and the breath, noticing the moment-by-moment change in each domain. Then by focusing on the mental activity of the mind you can notice how thoughts will infer either past, present, or future. You are then invited to observe how thoughts get linked together, progress over time, or jump around, and by clearly noticing this, the thoughts may simply dissolve, allowing you to rest in stillness.
