How it was made, since people were asking:
The process of downloading the frames was done through HTTPService inside studio command line. It was relatively simple apart from some rate limiting, though the few frames which weren't successfully downloaded the first time were easy to fill in with another pass.
There are 6572 frames stored as StringValues in ReplicatedStorage. It loops through them all in order and posts each one in chat as a system message, then waits 0.33s (for 30 fps) before the next frame is posted.
