This PRINTABLE holographic sticker paper has been in my techniques rotation since I discovered the usage of it with Brilliance water based pigment ink. If you try it out, use the correct surface and media. Surface = Printable vinyl sticker paper. Media = Brilliance pigment ink by Tsukineko which is a water based pigment ink while all other pigment inks are oil based.
