[注意事項]
1.使用過程中，墊板在同一位置、同一時間，不可切第二刀，一定要移動墊板，讓刀痕落在不同位置，否則布纖維會被塞進第一刀的刀痕中，造成切不斷的情形。刀痕要稍後才會恢復。
2.裁布機的裁刀與墊板都是耗材且是相互影響的。正常使用下，他們的磨耗情形與時間、裁切材料都有關係。透過《裁切效果調整》，可稍微延長使用壽命。
3.如果機器已經調整，但還是不易切斷、或是變得異常費力，則代表墊板或是裁刀需要更換。如果您無法判斷其情形，歡迎與我們聯繫。

[Cautions]
1. During every adjacent cuts, don't operate repeatedly at the same place. Be sure to shift cutting board to let blade mark cut into different line. Otherwise, cloth yarns would be stuffed into the existing mark instead of been cut. (The mark heals itself slowly and gradually.)
2. Both blades and cutting boards are consumables and they interact with each other. In normal conditions, they wears gradually, time-dependently, and yarn-material-relatingly. By executing "Cutting Performance Calibration", lifetime of blades and boards can be extended a certain time.
3. if calibration is done but the cuts still be bad (i.e. yarns not been cut) or the operating force becomes abnormally big, it means cutting board or blade is about to be replaced. If you can't judge the circumstances, feel free to contact us for help.
