The mechanic of the common relic Jörmunr is to pay lore (buying tiles) to have more lore (increasing income). But with Raven you can twist it because you buy tile with kröwns, so your lore is growing for FREE. And you forge it super fast via "Negotiators".
It is even better if you can hard rush it on open shipwreck/iron maps !
