Rochester Knighthawks vs. Buffalo Bandits From March 16, 1996 at the Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo

Rochester visited the Buffalo Bandits at the "Aud" in Buffalo in front of 15,267. The Knighthawks won this game 17-14 giving the Bandits their first loss of the season. With the victory Rochester clinched a spot in the 1996 MILL Playoffs.

Duane Jacobs (25g,27a) led the Knighthawks scoring, with Paul Gait (24g,21a), Chris Driscoll (18g,24a), Randy Mearns (10g,24a), Tim Soudan (15g,17a) and Cam Bomberry (12g,19a). Steve "Chugger" Dietrich was the goalie.

The Knighthawks were coached by Barry Powless.

The Bandits were led by John Tavares (41g,40a), Troy Cordingley (20g,32a), Ted Dowling (23g,16a), and Jim Veltman (11g,22a). Pat O'Toole was the goalie.

Buffalo was coached by Les Bartley.

The Bandits went on to win the 1996 MILL Championship.
