Paws 2 Play 1897 Challenge Day 1 Pt 1

DAY 1 - Thursday 15th April

Hey everyone! I’m taking part in the Paws 2 Play 1897 Challenge, to raise money for Blue Cross. My GivePenny page is here https://givepenny.com/michaelapettman...
It’s only a small target as I started late, but it would be amazing to reach it, or even raise more!

The first game I’m playing is Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for PS2! I played for about 1.5 - 2 hours in total on the first day, so I’m splitting the videos up to make them “shorter”. Yep, I know this video is quite long compared to other gameplay videos (obviously excluding live streams!), I edited out as much as I could (this was 1hr 8mins of gameplay so I think I’ve done well enough haha!), without it looking too rushed/choppy. Also it made sense for it to end with Harry leaving Diagon Alley/the flying car! I didn’t want to edit the cut scenes down as I feel like they add to the game/the story ☺️ So yeah, apologies if it’s too long but we all have our own way of doing things 🙂
Also I know the commentary is quiet, I felt a bit self-conscious and stuff saying things out loud that I’d normally just whisper to myself when gaming 😂 The rest of the videos will be better though!

Unfortunately I didn’t start capturing my gameplay until 15th April due to a number of external factors 😔 The main one was my anxiety being heightened over the past few weeks, because of some lockdown restrictions being eased in England/feeling pressure to do things now, and people not being understanding! This also delayed me editing and uploading as I just couldn’t get in the mood for it 😣 But I’m determined to reach the 1897 target, I’ve been so hyped about this challenge since I signed up, that giving up is not an option!
Also this is my first time capturing gameplay, it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I’m really enjoying it 😃
