Rye Bread
This homemade rye bread is light and soft inside with a crusty crust. Make it with or without caraway seeds. Great for Reuben sandwiches, grilled cheese, and more!
Ingredients:
½ cup warm water
1 tbsp. honey
1 ½ tbsp instant dry yeast
½ cup whole milk, room temperature
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
2 tbsp whole caraway seeds
