In this video, I show how I designed and built molds to make the fiberglass window frames for the topsides of my 7m (23ft) Sharpie sailboat — a yacht I’m building using a Paulownia timber core and a Ljungström-style rotating rig of my own design.
This step adds another layer of detail and durability to the build, combining lightweight construction with strong, weatherproof windows.
