My Deadeye Builds:
21k hp in wvw with reinforced armor and 30+ points borderlands buff which gives it also 55% crit chance on S/D set and on rifle its just 60% by default, but u have perma fury so that makes 55% to 75% on S/D and 60% to 80% on rifle, while having not much power less and big health pool!!! voila
