Equipped with 4 axes, the newly developed SOCO’s SB-31X4A-3SV combines Draw, Roll, and 1D Bending technology, for a bending capacity up to OD 30 mm. This combination allows 2 different fixed radii in a single part, as well as a programmable carriage boost for CLR = 1D Bending.
Equipped with SOCO’s patented DGT transmission technology (Direct Gear Transmission) and i2 software (Intelligent Interface), SOCO’s bender can be integrated with Individual Pressure Die Assist System in each draw bending stack, bringing superior performance and flexibility.
In this new model, the under-head interference is reduced up to 40%, allowing a smoother process and increasing the working range.
