Nestled in Villeret, in the heart of the Swiss Jura mountains, is a Manufacture that can look back at more than 165 years of watchmaking. Owned by Montblanc since 2007, Minerva has a unique reputation among collectors and enthusiasts. Valued for its chronograph and high level of detail, the spirit of Minerva is very much alive! Still today, the movements are made in-house, including the hairsprings!

Today, we sit down with Laurent Lecamp, Global Managing Director for both Montblanc and Minerva, to learn more about precision chronographs, hand-finished mechanical movements, and artisanal watchmaking.
