1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon korean bbq sauce

1 & 1/2 bundle of glass noodles, soaked, strained and cut into smaller pieces.

2 & 1/2" stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
thai chilies, optional
4 small kaffir lime leaves (or 2 large)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
