We want to teach language that is high-frequency for kids; in other words, we want to give them language to talk about what they WANT to talk about. Some kids have difficult family situations, and to HAVE to discuss all of their family members--some of whom they may not even know--can be difficult. This video is for world language teachers who want to update their family photo album project into something more inclusive for students and that reaches our linguistic goals better.
