계란 1개
두부 300g
간장 1T
굴소스1T
팽이버섯
땡초
[Weight-Loss Napa Cabbage Dumplings]
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 300g tofu
• 100g canned tuna
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• Enoki mushrooms
• Spicy chili pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the tofu in a pan until the moisture evaporates.
Add enoki mushrooms, chopped chili,
soy sauce (1 tbsp), and oyster sauce (1 tbsp). Stir-fry everything together.
2.Microwave napa cabbage leaves for 5 minutes until soft.
3.Place the cooked filling onto the cabbage leaves, roll them up, dip in beaten egg,
and pan-fry until golden.
