I Combined Bread With Milk & Make This Delicious Pudding | Eggless Bread Milk Pudding Recipe
Ingredients & Process:
6 Slice of Bread
Cut the Edges
Cut Into Pieces
Put in Blender
Make Crumb
Making Caramel:
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
Pour in 6 Inch Mould
Keep Aside
4 Tbsp Custard Powder
½ Cup Water
Mix Well
Keep Aside
2 Cup Milk
½ Cup Sugar
Let It Boil
Turn Off the Flame
Custard Mixture
Mix Well
Add Bread Crumb (Gradually)
Mix Well
Cook For 2 Min.
Pour Over Caramel
Cover With Foil
Boil Some Water
Steam For 30-35 Min.
Cool Down
Keep In Fridge For 1-2 Hours
