Surfing in Malibu, California has been great as of late, there have been a lot of Surfers out on longboards and in the style of Laird Hamilton. I have seen some try some of Lairds moves, not on the big waves like he does, but have seen some seasoned professionals out attacking the nice waves. Lot's ex pros and current ones stop by Malibu and Surfrider...Breakpoint has been very challenging when it is windy. I'd Go Back to Malibu...It is a great place to soak up the waterfront culture of Southern California.
