Tripiti gorge is located 70 kilometers south of Heraklion and 11 kilometers east of Lendas
You can can go from Lendas the last 6 kilometers will be dirt road after the Trafoulas cape or from village vasiliki after Agioi Deka you will cross also 6 kilometers tough but in amazing landscape dirt road through Asterousia mountains next to the gorge of Agios Savvas and few hundered meters before the beach you will pass through the very narrow and impressive tripiti gorge that can pass hardly one car.
This video is done for show you how looks like the road to Tripiti but NOTICE that after every storm the landscape change and becomes very dangerous and also it might be not possible drive through it.. that's the same for all gorges and remember we never visit gorges rainy days it s too dangerous and doesnt worth the risk!
