【音量注意】「日本一やかましい祭」石取祭(三重・桑名市)2023 太鼓と鉦(かね)の轟音！祭車40台のリーダー福江町の「渡祭(とさい)」ノーカット Noisiest Festival in Japan

2023年8月、第一土日の2日間にわたり行われた「石取祭(いしどりまつり)」。三重県桑名市で約400年つづき、ユネスコ無形文化遺産および国指定重要無形民俗文化財にも選ばれている「日本一やかましい祭」と名高い奇祭。市の南部を流れる町屋川で清らかな石を取り、春日神社(桑名宋社)の整備のために奉納するのが本来の目的であるが、石を運ぶ道中をにぎやかに盛り上げた祭囃子が大きく発展し現在の形になった。40町内がそれぞれ祭車(さいしゃ)と呼ばれる山車で町を練り歩き、太鼓と鉦(かね)の轟音は、土曜0時の「叩き出し」から日曜深夜まで、ほとんど休みなく鳴り続けていた。最大の見せ場は「渡祭(とさい)」。春日神社の正面で、祭車がくじ引きで決まった順番に8分ずつ、全力で『音』を奉納する。今年は福江町(ふくえまち)が花車(はなぐるま)と呼ばれる一番くじを引き、40町内を代表して最初に渡祭を行った。圧巻。しばらく経っても鳴りやまない耳鳴りが、そのすさまじさを物語っていた。

In August 2023, the Ishidori Festival was held for two days on the first Saturday and Sunday. This year, Fukue Town drew the first lottery, called Hanaguruma, and was the first to represent the 40 towns in the festival. The highlight.
