Rani Duduma Waterfall Nandapur Koraput In Monsoon.
I started the date late, post 12 pm for a stomach issue and headed for rani duduma which is about 25 km from Semiliguda.
On the way visited Subai's jain temple where you can see ancient jain temples and statues.
While going towards rani duduma i came across an interesting event in nandapur. Idol for gambha purnima was taken on processing to each homes and prayers were offered.
Local music instruments were very energetic.
Few minutes later i arrived at Rani duduma, last part of road was not complete but many development works are now complete.
New parking area is developed and now there is an per person entry fee to the waterfall.
Pathway was also newly decorated and protection barricades were complete. Waterfall was beautiful as ever and flow was normal despite the late august month showers.
That also means people were taking bath, playing with waterfall stream.
It was an enjoyable experience.
