This is my dad's tortang sardines recipe. He always cooks this when I was still young and it is my favorite. I don't really like eating that much when I was still a kid but whenever I see this in the table, I will immediately dig in. It is really nice to eat it with rice mixing with the sardine's sauce and dipping the tortang sardinas in one of the favorite sauce of the Filipinos which is the banana sauce. haha
