The ABC of predictive prophecy lesson one is a video on a dramatic story that happened in Babylon around 604 B.C.. The Jews had been captured and deported to Babylon in 606/605 B.C.. Daniel and his three friends were in the cohort of slaves from royal families that had been selected to study at the University of Babylon to assist in the administration of the kingdom. After graduation, they were doing civil service in the kingdom. In 604 B.C. King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream which he forgot, but demanded it from his intellectuals in the kingdom. The intellectuals admitted failure to remind the king his forgotten dream and he ordered that all wise men should be eliminated and their families destroyed with houses turned into rubble. As the search for all wise men to die was embarked on, Daniel responded to the solders with a special request to meet the king and ask for time to consult for the reproduction of the forgotten dream and its interpretation. The drama hangs on Daniel until the next episode.
