Welcome to the last episode of my HBM lathe rebuild series.
Today we're going to replace the 3-jaw chuck with a 6-jaw, rebuild the tailstock and have a look into a problem I run into in the early stages of the rebuild.
After that we'll go through the necessary adjustments to align the lathe so that a straight part can be cut. This includes the tailstock alignment.
The video ends with a quick word about the rebuild and the future of the channel.
