I Survived 3 Weeks in Almaty During Winter. Am I Moving to Kazakhstan?

I visited Almaty Kazakhstan for three weeks to see if this could be a place I could potentially move to. I like Almaty a lot, especially the supermarkets and the bread! Kazakh food is really good, but I could not have survived in Kazakhstan for 3 weeks without the supermarkets! Ill definitely come back to Almaty to live, but I think I need more research living as a local! I loved it, but it would be hard to leave Seoul South Korea. But who knows!
