On the sixth day of the tour, we had interesting items on the agenda.
We were given a master class in making Korean Snack bar.
We then visited Hahoe village, a six hundred year old village established by the Ryu clan. The descendants of this clan still live in the village. The village practices Confucianism.
The mask drama from the village is a 600 year old tradition. The drama is considered as Korea’s national treasure. Dignitaries such as Queen Elizabeth and many past presidents from Korea have visited the village and watched the dance drama.
