Mauritian Chicken #Tandoori Rice Recipe (or Riz Tandoori au Poulet)
Ingredients:
700g Chicken (Cut in cubes)
750g Basmati Rice
4 medium Potatoes (Cut in cubes)
3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
100g yoghurt
4 tsp Tandoori Spices
1 tsp Biryani Spices
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 bunch coriander (chopped)
1/2 bunch mint leaves (chopped)
3 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 cinnamon stickes
5 cardamoms
1 tbsp ghee
Fried onions
Salt, yellow food colour and oil
