This Circuit + Tabata workout mixes strength circuits with cardio tabatas. A well-rounded total body workout with guided warm up and cool down!

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
These workouts are split in half. The first half focuses on lower body and the second half focuses on upper body and core. Within each half, you’ll complete three rounds of a circuit and then finish with a tabata.

The circuit is five exercises, each performed for 45 seconds back to back. You rest 30 seconds then repeat the circuit a total of three times. For the tabata, I’ll give you two exercises and you’ll alternate between them using an interval structure of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

Each workout finishes with a 60-second burpee challenge and includes a warm up and cool down. As with all workouts, always listen to your body, modifying or stopping as needed. Modifications are demonstrated on the right side of your screen throughout the video.
