IPS LCD Polarizer Repair

Like I said in the video, I have a few Game Boy Advance SP IPS kit LCDs that are not suitable for GBA SP builds. All of the lenses have cracks or chips but some with small chips on the edge may still be fine for builds but it's still not the best. I've already successfully separated four LCDs from the lenses (could have gone better though as evidence by the existence of this video) but the LCDs still need more work before they are perfectly suited for builds going forward.

One LCD in particular, I completely ripped the polarizer on. I could just glue the part I ripped off back down but it would be very visible so the best path forward is to finish removing the rest of the polarizer so I can replace the whole thing at once.

I think these ones should be more suited to the task (based on price, they should be identical in regards to performance and application) and I ordered a few of them (6S): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32854...

In the end it was alright. I highly recommend ordering at least twice as many polarizers as you think you need because I have messed up the first application of all the screens I have tried. I don't have any more polarizers on hand though so I cannot try again until later.
