Adding solar to the hood of my truck with LensunSolar

I was sent out a hood solar panel kit from LensunSolar for my 3rd gen Toyota Tacoma. In this video, I show you how easy installation can be to get your truck running on solar power.

I don't cover the full recommended install process because I did not want to adhere the solar panels to the hood like LensunSolar suggests. Instead I discovered another temporary solution to installing the solar panels on the hood of my truck.

The magnetic squares I used in my video were very weak and did not work properly to hold the solar panels to the hood of my truck. I ended up buying a different kind of magnets that were disc shaped and much stronger. The disc-shaped magnets were strong enough to hold the solar panels, but I added these magnets after the video was created.
