Cosmic Triads Lesson from My Teacher Serge

This took me a bit to understand. My message is to give your teacher the benefit of the doubt and try to comprehend what they are saying.

Learn those chords in that order and work out the triads and you'll find some chromatic movement which really moves the progression forward in a pleasing way.
