Walk with me through the rain and wind as Storm Agnes arrives in Dublin City Centre. The first named storm of the season brought heavy rain and strong gusts of wind to Ireland. Beginning at Dublin Castle I walked for one hour through the streets of Dublin to Harcourt Road. Also included in the route are South William Street, Grafton Street, St. Stephen's Green and The Iveagh Gardens.
