My Rolex Daytona Cosmograph 116500LN with white dial returns from its first full service! It certainly wasn't cheap, but the presentation upon return has taken me by surprise and I want to share the unboxing experience and all the details of what it cost.
I've owned the Daytona for about 4 years since buying from an AD, and it's been worn probably 1,000 days in that time hence got into pretty bad shape with scratches and being very dirty, plus a small chip to the watch glass. However, I took it to Watches of Switzerland to go for a full maintenance service and that has certainly impressed.
Coming in at a total price of... £830... you would certainly expect a great level of service, but the extra details including the packaging for return really make it stand out the extra mile. Let's take a full look through the experience of unpacking it upon return.
