Day 6 on the East Coast Trail delivers some of the most stunning—and windy—views of the entire thru-hike! 🌊🥾

In this episode, I tackle the Flamber Head Path, an absolute highlight of the trail featuring massive bluffs, exposed ridges, and the power of the North Atlantic crashing against the shore. I cross the iconic *La Manche Suspension Bridge*, explore the rugged islands near the village of Bauline, and push through a 16-mile day through through some wild scenery.
