Sonic XE Remastered (Preview)

Yeah, that's right, I'm remaking Sonic XE from the ground up. I've improved, but not by much, and there's no deadline this time.

Changes from original XE:
-Not shit peelout
-Sonic's palette is lighter
-No more baby barf Emerald Hill Zone
-Different music, I'll change and fix it later, levels and code take priority

I attempted to port Knuckles (and the Moto Bug), but he gave me a bit of trouble as usual. Sorry.
