SIR-RFS Webinar: Success as an IR Sub-I
Original Presentation Date: 6/2/21
An interventional radiology sub-internship is often the first time medical students gain increased exposure to the field and start to learn foundational IR skills. Compared to the core clerkships, most students often don't know what to expect on their rotation and the tools to use to be successful. This panel features several PGY-1 IR residents who rotated at different institutions during their MS4 year, shedding some light on the IR Sub-I and how to succeed.
Panelists:
Neil Jain, DO, PGY-1 IR/DR Georgetown University Hospital
Gregg Khodorov, MD, MBA, PGY-1 IR/DR Thomas Jefferson University
Micaela Nannery, MD, PGY-1 IR/DR Duke University
Lisa Liu, MD, PGY-1 IR/DR University of Colorado
John T. Moon, MD, PGY-1 IR/DR Emory University
Hosts:
Varun Danda, BS, MS4, Thomas Jefferson University, SIR MSC Chair
Simone Raiter, BA, MS, MS4, Chicago Medical School, SIR MSC WIR Chair
