Zámok Trautenfels (niekedy braný ako hrad Trautenfels) je jedným z klenotov údolia Ennstal. Klenotom údolia Ennstal je doslova, pretože stojí na návrší, ktoré je z oboch strán údolia dobre vidieť. Vyrástol na križovatke obchodných ciest spájajúcich Soľnú komoru a zvyšok Rakúska aj šíru Európu. Aj keď križovatka rušných ciest je tu naďalej, samotný hrad už svoj pôvodný účel stratil. Zato sú v ňom bohaté zbierky všetkého možného a je vrelo otvorený návštevníkom.
Trautenfels Castle (sometimes referred to as Trautenfels Castle) is one of the jewels of the Ennstal Valley. It is literally the jewel of the Ennstal valley, as it stands on a hill that can be easily seen from both sides of the valley. He grew up at the crossroads of trade routes connecting the Salt Chamber and the rest of Austria and wider Europe. Although the crossroads of busy roads is still here, the castle itself has already lost its original purpose. On the other hand, it has rich collections of everything possible and is warmly open to visitors.
