I’d been meaning to document my barbecue education for quite some time and figured there’d be no better way than to start from the ground up!
So, I followed @jirbybbq ‘s video to build my very first offset smoker for around $300 dollars!
I used:
54 cinder blocks 6X8X16 inch
4- 24x24 inch expanded steel grates
4- 2 1/2 x 48 inch steel bars
1- 48x48 inch aluminum sheet
1- 48x48 inch plywood
I found everything at Home Depot except for the expanded metal grates. Link below the description!
