After Nying valley, it was time for the ultimate journey of our whole trip, Lapcha. It is one of the viewpoints of the holy Mt. Kailash and Manasarovar in one frame. We rested in Aita for a day and headed out to Lapcha the next day. We took a jeep to Lapcha that took us about a couple of hours. The weather wasn’t quite clear, so we were prepared for that. We stayed in Lapcha for three nights. We explored the beautiful hidden lake Tsolamkyok and offered our prayers to Mt. Kailash and Manasarovar. Our initial plan was to trek all the way to Til but because of landslides above the Waltse glacier, we decided to come back down to Aita.
