Here is a super effective method to improve your shoulder endurance for boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai or even Jiu-Jitsu! Try this at your next solo training session and I guarantee you will feel the BURN!
Beginners: 3 super-sets on each side x 30 seconds at each segment.
Intermediate: 5 super-sets on each side x 30 seconds on each segment.
Advanced: 10 super-sets on each side x 30 seconds on each segment.
Pro: Do this super-set on each side totalling 2 minutes, then spar for 3 minutes, before taking a 15-30 second rest period and start over until you reach 5 rounds (or until you puke!).
