I wanted to show the features of the BoostBox on a GAGGIA Classic PRO, throughout a workflow video in this one - after a quick overview - I explain the steam boost feature. Also demonstrate and compare the steam output to a generic PIDd Classic Pro and a simulated stock machine as well (PID set to simulate the behaviour of the stock bimetallic thermostat)
